Why Your Kids Should Be Into Classic Films Instead of Junk TV Stuff

Do you have children? If you do, you probably have the same reaction to half the junk on TV that I do.

Households with children would be expanded by donating all of their televisions to a recycling plant.

The majority of programming for people under eighteen and on television today is undesirable. I mean, serious adverse events. It romanticizes the characters that you prefer that your children did not do the things that you prefer that your children and away from things that you hope that they will not come through until they are away from home for at least one or two decades.

At the risk at my age, I’ll ask what happened to the intelligent toons as Crusader Rabbit, and George of the Jungle? Remember Gilligan Iceland and Happy Days? There were plots and characters then. Ask someone what it means to be a movie buff and they’ll tell you, it means you love the cinema. Who has not, right? But a movie fan is more than sitting around in front of your TV every day. This means to not only keep the latest Hollywood blockbusters, but also the recognition of obscure film references that no one know anything but you.

A film buff is the go-to guy when people have a question about this not a movie, what men and women, quotes, or even actors in supporting roles. If you think a movie buff, you better be sure you have all your ducks in a row.

How Websites Are Helping to Spread the Joy of Classic Films

Go to any blockbuster in the country and you are sure to find the latest Hollywood horror … I mean hitting, … sits front and center. What you do not always use the classic hits such as Ma and Pa Kettle you on TV late at night when your parents thought you were still in bed to catch.

This lack of availability is discouraging, leading to a lost generation who do not know the Swamp Thing, who is Edward Cullen the hottest vampire of all and to whom Charlie Chaplin, Greta Garbo and Cary Grant thinks are the names of their parents, if pronounced looking for some pantomimes.

Here’s the good news. Many thanks to the great, wonderful world of copyright protection, many of these films now in the public domain, the introduction of spectators, the M * A * S * H ??television classic, which you REALLY means to be a Hollywood star be.
